Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for a Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH. The role offers a pay range of $20–$24 per hour plus bonuses and spiffs, with a $400 new-hire payout.

You will conduct store operations, support promotions, and help ensure a high-quality customer experience while working toward sales goals. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check may be performed during hiring.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing up to date daily.
• Maintain facilities for audit compliance.

• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
