maurices is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for Store 2151-Turkey Creek in Knoxville, TN. You will support daily store operations, supervise a sales team, and help create an unforgettable shopping experience that upholds our brand standards.

In this regular/full-time role you’ll drive customer service, assist in achieving sales goals, and ensure open/close procedures are followed with accuracy, while mentoring staff in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
