White House Black Market at Lakeside Shopping Center, Metairie, LA, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless, customer-centered experience. You will help foster a welcoming environment and drive brand standards across the store.

You must be at least 18, with 3 years of retail management preferred, and be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory and floor replenishment.
• Execute inventories and ensure policies and practices are followed.
• Build community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.
