Job summary

You will recruit and coach staff, manage scheduling, assist with shipping, printing, and sales growth, monitor costs, and ensure clean, secure, and compliant stores that deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer-facing retail supervisory or management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial awareness or P&L exposure preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and mentor staff.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach associates.
• Support shipping, packing, printing, and customer service.
• Monitor expenses, sales, and profitability.
• Oversee inventory and supply ordering.
• Execute local marketing and community outreach.
• Open/close store and ensure security and service standards.
