POP MART is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager for the Brandon Exchange in Florida. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, drive a customer-first culture, and oversee daily store operations to deliver memorable experiences for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

You will lead in-store customer engagement, merchandise displays, and sales performance, while ensuring policies, safety, and loss prevention standards are followed.
