Job Overview

As a Retail Associate Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, drive the company's mission to earn customer loyalty, and support Sales Representatives in achieving success. Your focus is on fostering a customer-first culture by instilling core values in every team member and ensuring a seamless, confident, and solutions-oriented customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and performance.
  • Manage customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience.
  • Stay informed on products, services, and leadership practices to guide the team effectively.
  • Support store maintenance, visual merchandising, and retail procedures.
  • Drive financial results by monitoring performance indicators, controlling expenses, and managing discounts, while upholding company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are required.
