Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Leads a store business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in supervising all team members and business operations, including production, retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping, and quality control. Manages the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Performs all functions normally performed by team members.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver friendly, polite, and expert service to customers
  • Evaluate team members' efficiency and productivity
  • Resolve customer disputes and complaints promptly
  • Create a customer-focused environment across all store areas
  • Manage customer flow to enhance service experience
  • Train and develop team members, monitor goals, and provide feedback
  • Participate in hiring processes and assist Store Manager
  • Coach and counsel team members on performance and policy adherence
  • Coordinate with Store Lead and production team to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Oversee shipping activities
  • Communicate store goals, performance metrics, and initiatives to team
  • Enforce company policies and maintain control environment
  • Assist with payroll, POS close-out, and administrative duties
  • Perform other duties as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related experience; supervisory experience preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Stand during shifts (excluding breaks)
  • Lift up to 55 pounds
  • Bend and twist regularly
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Maintain attention and focus over extended periods
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Maintain regular attendance and support business hours
