Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Leads a store business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in supervising all team members and business operations, monitoring production, retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping, and quality control. Manages the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Performs all functions normally performed by team members.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides friendly, polite, and expert customer service.
  • Evaluates team efficiency and productivity to enhance customer experiences.
  • Resolves customer disputes promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Creates a customer-focused environment across all store areas and maintains cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Manages customer flow to improve service and meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Trains and develops team members, monitoring goals and providing feedback.
  • Participates in hiring processes, including interviewing and compliance with policies.
  • Coaches and counsels team members on performance and adherence to standards.
  • Coordinates with the Store Lead and production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Oversees shipping services and activities.
  • Communicates store goals, performance metrics, and company initiatives to the team.
  • Enforces company policies and maintains control environment.
  • Assists with payroll, POS close-out, and other administrative duties.
  • Performs additional duties as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related experience, supervisory experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Stand during entire shift (excluding breaks).
  • Lift up to 55 pounds.
  • Bend and twist at waist and knees.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Work cooperatively and follow instructions.
  • Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain regular attendance and support business hours.
