Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Martinsburg, WV to help the Store Manager create a high-energy sales floor and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive store performance and mentor staff to excel on the floor.

You will lead and coach a sales team, analyze results, train staff, and ensure efficient scheduling, inventory, and operations. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, and lifting 20 lbs is part of the role.

Formación

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to meet goals.
• Able to communicate with leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and move 20 lbs.

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately: $13.00 - $23.00

As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.

Qualifications:
