URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. invites applications for an Assistant Department Manager at our Gainesville store (2850 SW 35th Drive).

This role supports service, selling, and store operations while championing the SPARKED brand initiatives and fostering an engaging, inclusive environment. You will lead the salesfloor, participate in recruiting and onboarding, and collaborate with partners to execute shipments, visual standards, and omni‑channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store.
• Leads by example in upholding a service culture and extraordinary customer experience.
• Supports leadership and stylists to promote events that drive brand engagement.
• Participates in recruiting, hiring and onboarding to build a diverse team.
• Operates daily processes including opening/closing, restocking, and IT issues.
• Collaborates on shipment, omni fulfillment, visuals, and stock levels.
• Provides feedback to optimize scheduling and payroll allocation.
