Responsibilities

• Manage weekly ordering for assigned product categories and/or stores, ensuring accuracy and meeting order deadlines, and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate cost and retail pricing information, optimizing profitability and customer value.
• Assist stores with pricing special orders they have placed.
• Monitor and adjust minimum/maximum inventory levels to meet purchasing needs and maintain optimal stock positions.
• Participate in maintaining weekly records related to budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Ensure purchase order accuracy and integrity, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
• Ensure accurate product entry and data management in our systems.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team on product entry/exit strategies and inactivation.
• Provide support to stores during emergencies, including coverage as needed.
• Conduct competitive shopping to analyze product offerings and pricing strategies.
