Job description

Nike Factory Store Lakeside is looking for the next full-time Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer:

What you bring:

  1. Using your expertise in exceptional customer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.

  2. Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.

  3. Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating cash registers, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.

  4. Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.

  5. Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.

  6. Enhancing your knowledge through our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:

  1. Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.

Availability:

  1. 40 hours per week (full-time).

  2. Flexible scheduling, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store needs.
