Job summary

Five Below in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a dedicated individual for a retail Loss Prevention role. The successful candidate will be responsible for loss prevention efforts, maintaining a visual presence at the entrance, and ensuring that all staff are compliant with store policies.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience.
• Must be able to stand/walk sales floor for 8 hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift and carry 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to shortage reduction / investigations.
• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct store physical security checks.

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service skills.

Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management.

Basic understanding of retail or security.

Ability to work independently.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.
