Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking outgoing and motivated Retail Appointment Setters to represent our company at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions.

You will engage homeowners, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team while traveling to Riverside, CA and surrounding venues. This role starts at $20 per hour with $100 bonuses for completed consultations and paid training.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Office Located in Murrieta, CA

Important: While our office is located in Murrieta, CA, employees will primarily work at retail locations and events throughout Riverside, CA and surrounding areas. This is not a daily commute to Murrieta.

What You'll Do

• Engage with homeowners and generate leads
• Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team
• Represent our brand professionally at events and retail locations
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Travel to assigned retail locations and events within the local territory
• $20 per hour starting pay
• $100 bonus for every qualified appointment that results in a completed consultation
• Paid training

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required
• Appointment setting experience is a strong plus
• Experience scheduling appointments is strongly preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• Customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or sales experience preferred
• Outgoing and professional personality
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA
