Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking outgoing and motivated Retail Appointment Setters to represent our company at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions in Riverside, CA.

You will engage homeowners, generate leads, schedule free in-home consultations for the sales team, and travel to local locations and events within Riverside and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Experience scheduling appointments is a strong plus.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA.

Retail Appointment Setter

Riverside, CA (Primary Work Location)
Office Located in Murrieta, CA

$20/Hour + $100 Bonus per Qualified Appointment
Guaranteed 20–30 Hours Per Week

Important: While our office is located in Murrieta, CA, employees will primarily work at retail locations and events throughout Riverside, CA and surrounding areas. This is not a daily commute to Murrieta.

What You'll Do

• Engage with homeowners and generate leads
• Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team
• Represent our brand professionally at events and retail locations
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Travel to assigned retail locations and events within the local territory

Compensation & Benefits

• $20 per hour starting pay
• Guaranteed 20–30 hours per week
• $100 bonus for every qualified appointment that results in a completed consultation

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required
• Appointment setting experience is a strong plus
• Experience scheduling appointments is strongly preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• Customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or sales experience preferred

• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
