Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in the Twin Cities area is seeking outgoing marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team. This part-time role is based at premier retail and event locations, where you book appointments for no-cost consultations with a Renewal by Andersen expert.

You control your earnings: base pay + incentive; the role offers $16.50 per hour plus up to $1,000 bi-weekly in commission. Must be at least 18 hours/week, lift 50 pounds, and have a valid driver's license.

This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn$16.50 hourly + up to $1,000 bi-weeklycommission, Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
