Renewal by Andersen is seeking a part-time Retail & Event Marketing Associate to represent the brand at partner retail locations. You will talk with prospective customers in-store, book no-cost appointments, and participate in paid training to apply proven marketing methods to drive results.

The role offers base pay plus commissions, with the earning potential increasing with performance. Weekend availability is required, with possible weekday shifts as well.

Qualifications

We’re looking for talented marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen, the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country. This part-time flexible role is at our premier retail partner locations throughout the Cleveland area.

This position offers the potential to earn excellent pay through a base wage plus commissions. You determine how much you make—the more appointments you set, the more you earn. This position earns commissions in addition to base pay. The base pay is influenced by experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and other factors. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package during the hiring process.
