Renewal by Andersen is seeking energetic marketers to join our Retail & Event Marketing Team in the Chicago area. This part-time role offers base pay plus commissions and requires you to book appointments with prospective customers at premier retail locations.

You’ll receive paid training and work to build our footprint while earning incentives. You can shape your earnings by performance in a dynamic environment.

• Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and leading a team of Brand Ambassadors (10–15).

This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $17.25 hourly+ up to $1,000 weeklycommission, Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
