Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Retail Analytics Manager to drive strategic analysis and performance for our Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando brands. You’ll serve as a data expert and thought partner to merchants and internal teams, influencing channel strategies and reporting.

You will lead analytics, develop insights, and mentor colleagues while traveling to meet retail partners as needed. Join a fast-growing CPG company committed to a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years in an analytical and strategic data-driven role. Experience in CPG and/or Retail is a plus.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office (Docs, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary customer and internal analytic support for Retail and personal care categories, including category, market, shopper, and assortment performance analysis.
• Develop analytics & insights roadmap to support channel strategy and ad-hoc reporting.
• Lead and mentor the team; build processes/tools to scale analytics across channels.
• Be SME on data platforms to extract value and inform merchant and brand teams.
• Partner with sales managers to strengthen decisions with data-driven storytelling.
