NBT is seeking an analyst to assist with development, analysis and validation of metrics and reporting for retail banking, and to support ad-hoc reporting needs. You will work with senior analysts on key performance measures and ensure accuracy across reports.

The role emphasizes strong communication, detail orientation and proficiency with reporting tools such as InformEnt. Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred, with opportunity to grow in a stable financial institution.

Pay Range: $22.61 - $30.15

Assists with the development, analysis and validation of metrics and reporting related to retail banking. Supports department with special projects and ad‑hoc reporting needs.

Education and Experience:

• Experience in a role demonstrating analytical skill required
• Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong written and oral communication and computer skills
• High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Reporting tools including InformEnt.

Tasks Performed:

• 45% Assists with developing, maintaining and distributing key metrics reports for retail banking. Supports ongoing measurement and analysis of reporting while providing accuracy and validation. Provides ad‑hoc reporting to retail banking department upon request to track and monitor product/sales/serviceand overall performance. Works closely with more senior analysts.
• 35% Assists with the research and development associated with the departement’s analytical and reporting needs. Helps identify trends and recognize opportunities for enhancement.
• 15% Support department initiatives and compliance efforts as needed.
• 5% Other duties as assigned
