Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Matthews, NC is seeking a Retail Administrator for a full-time role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will collaborate with associates, clients and customers, maintain authorizations, pull and analyze reports, and support core management to achieve sales objectives.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of administrative or retail experience, solid Excel/PowerPoint/Access skills, and a demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in administrative or retail environment; prior sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Intermediate level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Access skills.
• Must understand retail reporting system including how to input information and pull reports, as well as serving as a contact for new users.
• Effective communication with associates, clients, and customers.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a changing environment.
• Must be a team player and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support CORE Management
• Maintain Authorizations within the Retail database
• Pull and analyze reports from the Retail database
• Maintain Authorizations in the Retail database
• Post and maintain files on the CORE Connects Web site
• Work directly with Retail Sales Associates in support of Managements objectives
• Maintain Trackers for various functions within CORE on the Connects Web site
• Print and collate mailings for Retail Sales Associates as needed.
