Responsibilities

• Assist store management with store-related administrative functions.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers.
• Conduct interviews and onboarding activities as part of hiring process.
• Maintain Associate personnel files.
• Perform daily cash office functions and maintain cash office standards.
• Support scheduling, expense monitoring, inventory and requisitions.
• Ensure proper Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Communicate priorities to management and Associates and provide progress updates.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
