Founded in 2008 by Los Angeles native Jeff Abrams, Rails has grown from a small label - started with just a single hat - into a full collection of women’s and men’s apparel. Sold at top international retailers and worn by a loyal following of celebrities and tastemakers, the brand has come to define a new classic heritage and relaxed sensibility. Rails is sold in 30 countries by more than 1000 retailers, including its own flagship stores in New York, San Francisco, Newport Beach, Paris, London and Amsterdam.
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and hands-on Retail Activations Coordinator to support the development and execution of branded environments across our global retail and wholesale network.
Working closely with the Director of Retail Projects, this role will help bring seasonal campaigns, pop-ups, activations, shop-in-shops, events, and other brand moments from concept through installation. Projects will span our own retail stores as well as wholesale boutiques, department stores, showrooms, offices, and event spaces globally.
This role sits at the intersection of design, production, logistics, and project management. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye but is equally comfortable developing shop drawings, coordinating vendors, tracking budgets and shipments, and managing the many details required to successfully execute an installation.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative position with multiple projects running simultaneously. Strong organization, initiative, and time management are essential.
You are equal parts creative and operational — someone who can manage timelines and spreadsheets while also having a strong eye for design and brand presentation. You are proactive, adaptable, highly organized, and energized by bringing retail experiences to life. Motivated by driving business in stores with both visual display and product allocation support.
