Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking an experienced Retail Producer in Mountain View, CA, to orchestrate strategic program management and lead retail marketing initiatives from concept to launch.

The role partners with client creative teams and agency partners to deliver design, product experiences, visual merchandising, graphics and signage, ensuring on-brand execution and timely delivery across store openings, campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-8 years of experience managing creative development and execution from brief through launch.
• Background in developing and executing marketing strategies for retail stores.
• Experience overseeing campaigns and projects with multiple executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage cross-team collaborations with clear communication for optimum results.
• Ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions for multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive information gathering.

Responsibilities

• Assess creative briefs, establish timelines and budgets, and coordinate reviews.
• Drive proactive, transparent communication with cross-functional client teams and provide status updates.
• Analyze and refine processes to maximize efficiency and team well-being.
• Lead the retail creative development process across creative resourcing, timelines, budgets, and production hand-off.
• Ensure customer experience, retail presence and brand integrity in decisions.
• Anticipate and manage project complexities to enable the team to excel.
• Communicate project status, obstacles, and priorities with cross-functional client POCs.
• Develop schedules for deliverables with client Traffic and Production Managers.
