Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive in-store growth across assigned accounts. You will execute promotions, manage product placement, and coordinate displays while maintaining compliance with quality standards and driving customer relationships.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience or a strong HS diploma with relevant experience, travel readiness, and reliable vehicle. Competitive benefits and a team-oriented environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Able to lift products as part of daily duties (25–50 lbs, up to 175 lbs for keg handling).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and product promotions; coordinate displays and POS materials and events.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
