Job summary

The Bluebird Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support a VP of Sales and grow a portfolio of Walmart suppliers by owning day-to-day account operations and solving problems quickly. You will help brands navigate Walmart’s complex ecosystem and ensure success both in-store and online.

This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. You will manage onboarding, vendor agreements, and item maintenance while coordinating with internal teams to drive alignment, accuracy, and timely execution across

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in retail account management, vendor management, or related field.
• Experience with Walmart (corporate/vendor/agency) required.
• Exposure to eCommerce, omni-channel operations, or product catalog management is a plus.
• Experience with forecasting, sales reporting, or business analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Walmart account operations, including issue identification, escalation, and resolution.
• Manage operational processes such as sales recaps, cost changes, CO-OP programs, DSV, and import initiatives.
• Prioritize competing business needs and coordinate cross-functional resources for timely execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports, recaps, and insights for client meetings and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart execution standards including planograms, pricing, and merchandising.
