Samsonite National Harbor is seeking a Retail 3rd Key Supervisor to help drive sales and maintain brand standards in a busy store environment.

You will assist with achieving sales goals, supporting store operations, protecting company assets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, standing for long periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, and using a ladder as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience in customer service and inventory control preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; able to stand for long periods; lift up to 35 pounds; ladder use may be required.
