The Resuscitation Educator structures the learning environment to ensure positive student outcomes across various resuscitation courses and activities. They are involved in designing, delivering, evaluating, and coordinating best practice resuscitation activities for the education of BHSF staff requiring certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP, as part of their job requirements. Resuscitation educators are vital in meeting accreditation standards for resuscitation education in acute care hospitals. The focus of this role is the standardized delivery of resuscitation education across Baptist Health, serving as a mentor and role model for professionals, and developing new and existing instructors. The estimated pay range for this position is $34.59 - $44.97 per hour, depending on experience.
Minimum Required Experience: 2 years in education or related field.
