Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Norman, OK is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to deliver a professional, results-driven training experience. You will develop individualized programs, monitor progress, and keep clients engaged toward their long-term fitness goals.

Under the direction of the Personal Training Director, you will focus on client enrollment, retention, and revenue growth, while maintaining certifications and delivering high-quality coaching per company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or other).
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging, results-driven Personal Training sessions.
• Create individualized training programs around each client’s goals, abilities, history, and limitations.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust programming as client needs and goals evolve.
• Maintain consistent communication and accountability with clients inside and outside of scheduled sessions.
• Conduct monthly results reviews with each client.
