Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver results-driven coaching and develop individualized training programs. You will engage members, set goals, track progress, and maintain accountability to help clients achieve long-term results.

Under the Personal Training Director, you will drive client enrollment, convert sessions to fixed agreements, retain clients, and support retail programs while upholding safety and certification standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or Crunch-approved).
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging personal training sessions aligned with company standards.
• Create individualized training programs around client goals, history, and limitations.
• Regularly evaluate progress and adjust programming as client needs evolve.
• Maintain consistent communication and accountability with clients inside and outside sessions.
• Conduct monthly results reviews with each client.
