Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Sales Pro to drive growth for NAPA Auto Parts stores and expand the customer base. You will promote the full product line to wholesale customers and work with the Store Manager to ramp sales and lead development locally.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-focused roles, basic selling skills, and a valid driver's license. Bachelor's degree preferred; automotive background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer focused role and quota driven environment.
• Ability to present information in group meetings.
• Valid driver license with clean record (minor violations allowed).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, automotive background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for company-owned NAPA stores and customer base.
• Promote NAPA products to wholesale customers and manage leads locally.
• Develop plans with store manager to increase sales and opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and align solutions with NAPA offerings.
• Engage with manufacturers to enhance programs and knowledge.
• Support customers through all eSales programs and educate via seminars.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve issues by phone or in person.
