Responsibilities

• Develop analyses including distress trigger analyses, operating models, and valuation work.
• Prepare and discuss marketing materials such as CIMs, pitch books, and teasers.
• Prepare internal memoranda and evaluate credit terms.
• Coordinate meetings with legal, financial, and operational advisors.
• Create buyer lists and assist with due diligence processes.
• Support client negotiations and participate in site visits.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to intern training.
