You will collaborate with senior bankers and clients in a lean, fast-paced environment, applying rigorous financial analysis, transaction execution skills, and strong communication to advance advisory assignments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in investment banking with strong technical and corporate finance foundation.
• Strong organizational and process-management skills, with the ability to utilize technology and data tools to build and maintain databases, investor and lender relationships, market comps, and transaction pipeline tracking.
• Demonstrated proficiency in preparing client presentations and analyzing company and transaction comparables.
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the maturity to interface directly with clients, investors, and senior deal bankers.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with senior bankers and clients in a lean team setting, demonstrating initiative, ownership, judgment, and professionalism while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinating complex, time-sensitive workstreams across internal teams and external parties, including clients, legal advisors, and other transaction participants.
• Actively participating in transaction execution, developing and reviewing financial analyses and models, developing and reviewing transaction structures, financing alternatives, implementation paths, and scenario analyses as well as supporting senior bankers in client-facing interactions, commercial activities and deal execution.
• Preparing, reviewing, and presenting client materials, including pitch books, strategic advisory presentations, transaction presentations, and reviews of capital markets, ratings and credit perspectives.
