This role focuses on complex domestic and cross-border restructurings, distressed financings, and special situations transactions within a sophisticated, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 3–7 years of substantive restructuring experience, with large law firm exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academics.
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction in good standing.
• 3–7 years of substantive restructuring, bankruptcy, or special situations finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex restructuring and insolvency matters, in‑court and out‑of‑court.
• Advise creditors, debtors, and investors in distressed and special situations financings.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, restructuring support agreements, and related documents.
• Support liability management transactions, recapitalizations, and distressed M&A opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, corporate, and litigation attorneys.
