Our client, a leading AmLaw firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Practice Group in New York. This is a compelling opportunity to work on complex domestic and cross-border restructurings, distressed financings, and special situations transactions within a sophisticated and fast-paced practice.

Competenze

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3–7 years of substantive experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, and/or special situations finance transactions.
• Familiarity with Chapter 11 proceedings and liability management transactions.
• Experience representing creditors, debtors, sponsors, or financial institutions in distressed scenarios.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Large law firm experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $235,000 – $390,000+, commensurate with experience and class year.
