The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant legal experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and admission to the California bar. This role emphasizes collaboration, analytical rigor, and effective client communication.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with commercial lenders and financial institutions.
• Preferred experience in complex bankruptcy litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent secured and unsecured creditors in receivership cases.
• Handle judgment enforcement matters in state and federal courts.
• Engage in complex bankruptcy litigation and insolvency-related matters.
• Collaborate with a team to contribute to practice growth.
• Work with clients on sophisticated legal issues.
