Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly qualified Restructuring Counsel to join its Dallas, Texas practice. The ideal candidate has extensive bankruptcy and out-of-court restructuring experience and will represent secured lenders and creditors in bankruptcy, manage DIP financing, and oversee asset dispositions.

Requirements include a JD, Texas Bar admission, and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.
• Bar admission in Texas is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent secured lenders and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Handle DIP financing and cash collateral use.
• Develop plans of reorganization and manage asset dispositions.
• Conduct out-of-court workouts and restructurings.
• Oversee foreclosures and liability management transactions.
• Manage assignments for the benefit of creditors.
