Qualifications

• Strong legal research and writing skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Interest in developing long‑term expertise in restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bankruptcy and restructuring matters across a variety of industries.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
• Support case strategy and legal analysis for ongoing matters.
• Conduct research and prepare concise, practical written work product.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex insolvency issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
