Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Investment Banking (Restructuring) role, based in the NY tri‑state area or FL, with regular flexibility to work remotely.

The candidate will perform financial analysis, create detailed financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare presentations and materials for client pitches and strategic mandates. The role also includes supporting senior team members in executing mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, capital raises, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data and statements effectively
  • Experience in conducting Due Diligence and understanding financial and operational details of transactions
  • Knowledge of Finance concepts, including corporate finance, credit analysis, restructuring / distressed debt, capital markets, and valuation techniques
  • Relevant background or experience in Investment Banking, corporate finance, or advisory roles
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
  • Strong interest in strategic advisory, capital transactions, restructuring, and finance
