The role involves conducting legal research, drafting and negotiating documents, and supporting deal closings, with a focus on due diligence and practical recommendations for clients.

Formación

• 1–2 years of restructuring experience, ideally debtor-side.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 law firms preferred.
