Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time as scheduled.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms and surrounding areas.
• Cleans and stocks restrooms, floors, walls, mirrors, trash cans, fixtures, and doors.
• Vacuuming and mopping surrounding areas and restrooms.
• Restocks supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels).
• Ensures safety practices and reports hazards to the Chef or Manager-on-Duty.
• Completes closing duties at shift end.
