Job summary

Habitat Lenawee is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Restore operations, lead staff and volunteers, and ensure efficient processing of donated materials. The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills to serve a diverse public across Lenawee County.

The Assistant Manager will oversee pricing, inventory, and merchandise allocation, and may act as the Restore Director in their absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service roles is required.
• Prior sales, merchandising, pricing, and inventory experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running the Restore operations to receive donated materials, merchandise processing and pricing, inventory control and merchandise allocation.
• Provide leadership to Restore staff and volunteers and resolve conflicts.
• Act as manager in absence of Restore Director.
• Serve the public and support efficient processes.
