Qualifications

• Experience providing age-appropriate patient education and family training.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore daily living skills.
• Supervise care provided by team members and coordinate with internal/external teams to improve patient outcomes.
