Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by team members
• Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions per standards
• Instructs patient and family through education programs
• Collaborates with internal/external team members to improve outcomes
• Maintains productive daily operations
• Selects appropriate assessment procedures
• Updates formal plan of care for patient needs
