Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake seeks a ReStore and Administrative Accountant to manage non-construction accounts payable, financial reporting, and coordination with the CFO and Accounting Manager. The role supports banking entries, audit schedules, and ReStore financial statements.

Requires a Bachelor's in accounting (or equivalent), 3–5 years' experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills. On-site work in Baltimore, with standard hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years general accounting and accounts payable experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting software usage.
