• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.

• Completed training in restorative nursing services, or complete the training within 90 days of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Performs restorative nursing assignments as directed and as per care plans.
• Delivers restorative nursing services including ROM, transfers, feeding, and prosthesis care.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes and documents intake.
• Assists with weighing residents and tracks weight changes.
• Keeps nurse and supervisor informed of factors affecting performance.
