Job summary

Center-At-Foresight in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Restorative Nurse Aide/Rehab Tech to support our restorative nursing program. You will work closely with the therapy team to implement treatments that preserve eating, self-care and mobility for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting in dining, documenting weights and progress, helping patients in therapy gym, transporting equipment, and maintaining clean, stocked equipment and records.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unrestricted CNA license.
• Experience with restorative and rehabilitation services.
• Excellent communication and compassionate care.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm in chaotic situations.
• Read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restorative Nurse and participate in program development.
• Work closely with therapy department and implement recommendations.
• Assist patients in dining room and take weights.
• Help with therapy gym needs and provide equipment.
• Manage temperature logs and maintain records.
• Perform laundry for therapy gym and clean equipment.
• Provide medical equipment to patient rooms and gym.
• Communicate with patients and staff.
• Perform other duties as needed.
