Job summary

NHS Management, LLC in Florala, Alabama is seeking a Restorative Nurse (RN) to help residents regain independence through restorative nursing programs that maintain mobility, strength, and quality of life.

You will coordinate restorative care with therapy and nursing teams, participate in care planning and the MDS/RAI process, and educate residents, families, and staff on best practices. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing and credentials to provide geriatric care.
• Experience coordinating restorative care and care planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and compassion for residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee restorative nursing programs for assigned residents
• Work with Director of Nursing, therapy teams, and nursing staff to support restorative goals
• Participate in care planning and MDS/RAI process related to restorative services
• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and identify opportunities to improve mobility
• Initiate therapy referrals and liaise between therapy services and nursing staff
• Monitor progress and adjust restorative programs as needed
• Educate residents, families, and staff on restorative care practices
• Ensure restorative care policies and procedures are followed
