Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Advance in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to support resident mobility, restore function, and promote independence. This full-time day role works under the Restorative Nurse and Director of Nursing within a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

You will document progress, follow infection control and HIPAA policies, lift and reposition residents, and assist with daily activities while upholding resident rights and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Missouri in good standing (CNA license).
• Experience in long-term or restorative care preferred.
• Excellent communication, observation and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition residents.

Responsibilities

• Implement restorative care programs as directed by the Restorative Nurse or Director of Nursing.
• Assist residents with mobility, range of motion, ambulation, and restorative exercises.
• Encourage residents to participate in daily activities to promote independence and strength.
• Accurately document restorative activities and progress per facility policy.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain equipment used in restorative programs, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Support CNAs and nursing staff with daily care needs as required.
• Uphold resident rights, dignity and privacy at all times.
• Follow infection control, safety and HIPAA policies.

Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) Responsibilities:

• Implement restorative care programs as directed by the Restorative Nurse or Director of Nursing.

• Support CNAs and nursing staff with daily care needs as required.
• Uphold resident rights, dignity, and privacy at all times.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA policies consistently.

Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in good standing with Missouri.
• Previous experience in long-term care or restorative care strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and motivated to support resident independence.

Requirements:

• Current certification and good standing license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• Ability to work rotating weekends and variable shifts
