Job summary

Warren Barr Lincoln Park seeks a Restorative Nursing Aide to support residents' mobility and daily living activities. You will follow individualized care plans, perform mobility exercises, and help residents reach the highest physical and emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unencumbered Illinois CNA certificate required.
• CPR certification required.
• One year RN A experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility exercises as per individualized care plan.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living.
• Assist residents with assistive devices as needed.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment and promote resident well-being.
• Support staff with care coordination and ongoing education.

As a Restorative Nursing Aide you are instrumental in improving the lives of our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Warren Barr Lincoln Park by performing mobility exercises for our residents in accordance with their individualized care plan, assisting residents attain the highest physical and emotional wellbeing possible by restoring mobility, performing Activities of Daily Living, assisting residents with assistive devices, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, an unencumbered State of Illinois C.N.A. certificate and C.P.R. certification. One (1) year of R.N.A experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
